Welcome to MovingMountainsConstruction.com (“Site”), operated by Moving Mountains Construction Inc. (“MMC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Content on this Site is for general information and marketing purposes only. Nothing here creates a contractor-client relationship, an offer, a bid, or a guarantee of pricing, timelines, or outcomes. All work is governed solely by a signed written agreement with MMC and any approved change orders.
All text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and other materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to MMC and protected by law. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute content without prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malware, or scrape content without permission.
External links are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse third-party websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information related to the Site, estimate requests, contact forms, and our marketing activities. California residents have additional rights described below.
· Identifiers: name, phone, email, city/ZIP, IP address, device/advertising identifiers.
· Commercial info: project interests, requested services, communications, estimates, invoices.
· Internet activity: pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs, basic analytics.
· Geolocation (approximate): general area inferred from IP for service-area analytics.
· Photos & testimonials (if provided): before/after images, quotes, and permissions.
We collect information directly from you (forms, calls, messages), from your device when you visit the Site (cookies/analytics), and from service providers (e.g., web host, analytics, CRM, scheduling tools, payment processors).
· Responding to inquiries, scheduling site visits, preparing estimates, and performing services.
· Improving the Site, our operations, safety practices, and client experience.
· Marketing our services (e.g., email/SMS with your consent where required) and measuring campaign performance.
· Security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.

Payments for construction services are governed by your signed contract with MMC. Website inquiries do not create a payment obligation. Unless otherwise stated in your contract, the following apply:
· Deposits: Any deposit or scheduling fee will be credited to the first milestone on your contract. Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials are ordered or a crew slot is reserved.
· Payment Methods: Zelle (916.306.9113), cash, check, or debit. Credit cards accepted only on down payments ≤ $1,000 and incur a 4% processing charge.
· Change Orders: Additional work/items require signed change orders and may affect schedule and price.
· Cancellations: See your contract. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible to minimize costs.
With your consent, MMC may photograph/video project areas (not personal items) and may use before/after images, work-in-progress, and testimonials for our portfolio, social media, website, and printed marketing. You may revoke consent for future use at any time by emailing mmcincpolicies@gmail.com Revocation does not require removal of materials already published but we will honor reasonable requests where feasible.
Our workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties are detailed in your contract. In general, MMC warrants labor on qualifying residential work in accordance with applicable California law and your written agreement. Normal wear, misuse, acts of nature, and third-party alterations are excluded. To request service, contact us with your project address, completion date, and photos of the issue.
